Going into the city like that is a really big step and you have achieved it. That's great and you should feel proud of yourself.

I haven't posted on here before because I haven't suffered with anything worse than a mild depression myself, but I have been supporting a friend who was going through a really bad time, not sleeping or eating and crying all the time. With medication and a lot of support from her friends she got through it, and you will too.

Take all the help you can get and hang on in there. We're all on your side.

Take baby steps, Tinkers, just go out for a few minutes at a time, until you can manage more. And please take your a/d medication. .
We have had snow overnight, not much, an inch or so, but enough to make roads slippy, time to set up the SADD light again to help the mood.
Try to have positive moments in your day Tinkers, I know sometimes it's hard to find them, but it does help. I am watching a documentary on ice-breakers in canada's north- rescuing a ferry which was bringing supplies to small outposts. Makes my 1 inch of snow seem negligible.
Time for another cuppa., have a positive day

well they are in the minority - the vast majority are kind and caring, so bear that in mind when you venture out <3 <3 <3 <3

Well done for pushing yourself to eat your tea, be strict with yourself at each meal to eat as much as you can, it's good that you are drinking tea and water. What about eating some porridge every day or buying the Oat milk, as oats help calm you down emotionally and will be good for you as well with filling you up and helping keeping you going (slow release energy) Do you do puzzles (jigsaws?) or puzzle magazines, they will help keep your mind busy and I find they are therapeutic too.

Have been thinking about you and hope you can stay strong to get through this sad and difficult time. Have you got any Rescue Remedy to take, it does help you know.

love and hugs

Just take one day at a time tinkers, try to keep your mind occupied and your hands too with the knitting or whatever. Hopefully your doctor will be more useful when you see him and you will feel more confident with him listening to your problems. Make a real effort to eat as well as you can as it will help you to stay strong and resist bugs like flu etc Maybe make a list of things you have to do and a list of things you would like to do or little treats and reward yourself when you have done a chore with a treat or planning something nice.

Take care and hi to everyone
