Hi Ann

No dont think Caitlin is at risk. So i can rest at that, but just cant handle knowin both are not handling whats going on. Thing is with Teri she chicks her fingers and wants everyone to jump. Never use to be like that. Only over the last year she has got bad.

I am with a group on FB that deals with girls with her problems i have just emailed them in hope they can help with advice.

I am making myself busy best i can, but writing cards out from list them seing they names to get cards for upset me again. And i do agree with evryone is to stand back. And as you say easy said then done.

Thank you

Hi Hazel - I agree with Ann - back off for a bit - it will be difficul for you I know but she will quickly realise how much you do for her and how much you care for them both - do you think Caitlin is at risk in any way? I really do think you should have some proefessional help with this - it's a lot you have on your shoulders and I can understand why you feel overwhelmed - most people would

Hi Ann

Yes Teri and Caitlin were living with my ex but he kicked her out Sunday night. So she went to this friend that lives about a mileaway and there at the moment. Just hope housing will understand Caitlins problems as will help. Going into a B AND B will not help Caitlin at all. Plus she needs to stay near her school so can carry on going there as cant cope with change.

I almost texted Teri today as was upset as missing them but i havent done it. But finding it very hard. As is i dont she think i do dont care and if i do she have a go at me.Just wished i could let Caitlin know i she love her and i would love to see her. Teri isnt a child and knows whats going on.

Well i got cards out and wrote out most of them, but hands are very painfull now so will do more later. I am now printing out info on family tree i have to put in some of the cards. Also remembeded i have 2 birthdays in the next 2 weeks, so popped them in with cards save bit of money.

Oh and i have manage to book in the xmas meal tomorrow afternoon with the family history group i sometimes go to.

Hazel, sounds as if you have a good friend to talk to but there are many of us on this thread who you can PM if feeling alone at any time, one of us will be here, and like Liz, we don't blab.

I thought Teri was staying with your OH, I hope she has found a friend to stay with. OK, If she has said you haven't helped her, withdraw a bit for a while, I know it will be hard but put yourself first for a change. If you don't offer help with Caitlin she will soon see where she has gone wrong. Glad you enjoyed your meal yesterday, a good laugh is a tonic. Just rest today. <3 <3

But i went had xmas meal yesterday with some friends had a good time and alotof laughs. But paying for it today, lucky i am not going out. I dont drink so it not that, its the fod. i have IBS as well which dont help.

Its early days yet,i know Teri is seing housing again tomorrow so dont know whats going to happen there.

Hi Hazel,

If you can't get to the gp or don't want to take pills, there are other things you can try like altering your diet. Eating porridge oats helps keep you calm and does good things for cholesterol too I think and various sprays like Rescue Remedy help if you feel you are getting panicky. Just check if you buy it that any medication is compatible with it. I used it while I was on antids.

Don't forget the Samaritans, they will listen if Ann isn't around, late at night when you don't feel you can disturb a friend is a good time to call them as they will let you talk and you won't feel so alone.

I am usually on here late but won't be from Sunday to Wednesday next week. If there are things you want to pour out, feel free, you know I don't blab and will try and offer encouragement where possible. Sometimes just writing everything down can help. Please don't feel alone and desolate. We all care

love and hugs

So pleased to see this thread is still on the go - Hazel - I shall send you my email and phone number if you care to use either - I'm a good listener [and talker!!] and if you are not already aware, I have had clinical depression for years, diagnosed in 1996 when I took a serious overdose which obviously failed, so I have total empathy with you

sorry Hazel, I wan't on much on Monday.

So sorry to hear you have family problems. You really need to speak to somebody, Your doctor might be a good place to start. Is there anyone in the family not involved, or a good friend who you trust to talk to. Talking helps a lot. But see your doctor.

Sending you a ((((((hug))))))
