i am interested to know if anyone knows of the child my mother had adopted back in the 40's (poss 1944 ). I believe he was born in a 'Mother & Baby home' in Kent, but then possibly privately adopted and may have lived in the Catford area of London.
She gave him the name of Christopher Bernard Hurst, but he was adopted soon after birth and I do not know what his name was changed to.
Any info would be appreciated.
