i am searching for any info of relatives connected to arthur james coutts. married elsie doris may on 31/01/1942. arthur was in the royal air force. in 1949 he was awarded the british empire medal at st jameses palace on the 1/1/1949.

the marriage of arthur coutts and elsie gale took place at the st johns the babtist church bere regis dorset on the 31/1/1942. their daughter shirley arrived in february 1943. i am her daughter and just trying to find info on the grandfather i have never known.

i dont know where athur went when they divorced. i only know his parents are a mr and mrs a coutts of golf crescent aboyne. but that was in 1942 when they announced the wedding
