Please help. i am trying to trace my mum who i lost contact with around 12 years ago. she was born in 1935 and will be 79 this month. Name as above in the subject box.

her last known address was Stratford, East london.

my name is Jon-Paul and if you know the where abouts of my mum or any of my mums family. I know she had sisters and brothers so there must be family out there that i haven't met before.

Am assuming Jones is her married name ? What was her maiden name

Plus as you lost contact. Has she moved from the last known address

You have your birth as 1969 in your GR tree.............but I can't see a registration

Her first marriage was to Richards,and then to Jones so that birth is correct

Only two births in JFM 1935 for Mary Doe............none with additional forenames to match your info.

Perhaps born outside of England/Wales......................

Mary's maiden name was doe, she also had a first husband by the name of Richards. Mary suffered with mental health and I lost contact with her.

What about trying to contact a neighbour ,they often know what happened to neighbours

She may have gone into a home if she had problems

I am assuming that her birth registration was actually Peggy I Doe? in which case going on the 1935 birth her mmn was Timms? Have you looked at possible siblings with same mmn not born same place but not far out?

yes her birth comes up Peggy I Doe, i have looked up siblings but its her i really want to find first. I know for sure one of her brothers died in 2005. i went back to the house she last lived at but nobody was there and none of the people next door could help.
