Hi

I am struggling with this side of the family tree. She married an Edward McGuckin Thomson who was born in May 1940 and died in Dec 1997. She would be my 2nd cousin and I am finding this difficult. :-) :-)

What information are you trying to find out - children, parents?

Have you got the marriage certificate?

I am trying to find out if they had children an d it is possible she may still be alive.
I should love to get in touch to find out more on the family tree. I know Elizabeth parents were Peter L Cunningham and her mother Elizabeth Reid. Elizabeth would be the daughter but I think they had another daughter but not sure of her name.

Hi Edward married Elizabeth in 1963 in Dalziel district and I think they moved from Scotland was living in Hove, East Sussex. Did they go back to Scotland to live and did they have any children?. Are they both dead?. Elizabeth would be my 2nd cousin who I have never met

It would have helped if you had mentioned Scotland etc.

When did they move to Hove?

How do you know he has died?

What certificates have you got?

I got a copy of the death cert for Peter L Cunningham and the person who registered the death was in Hove and then I have got a copy of the death cert for Edward McGuckin Thomson for 1997 and it stated he died in Kirkcaldy Scotland but am not sure if this is posted on boards or not?

they arent listed on England/Wale BMDS so seems they lived in SCotland

to find out if they had children you would need to look on Scotlands People website which is pay to view
