Can anyone confirm if he was an artist at all and lived in the Kirkcaldy area of Edinburgh and what kind of art work did he produce?

His occupation will be recorded on his death cert.......

Other than that......try googling. If he was any good, there may be some online info

Kirkcaldy is in Fife and Edinburgh is in Midlothian.
