Find Living Relatives

I am looking for any living relatives, Of my Dad, Cyril Victor Aven, dob 09/09/1918, He was born in Bath I believe, & had a twin (Ruby) parents Ayres. I always lived in London, But my mother & sister did live in Wales with him. My grandmother was from Wales, And spoke welsh. Believe his sister was Vera...But can't be certain, Know he had children from a previous marriage, Who he used to take me to visit. My time with him was short, As he died in 1978, in Mitcham or Morden, (sutton) While on route to the hospital I was around 8 or 9 at the time.
