	John K Pennington went to Bombay from Liverpool in 1959 with Jean and their 3 sons. Jean's date of birth was 3.3.1928.

	In the 1939 census Jean ? Pennington (Cheetham) 1928 is living with Harold S Chatham and Emma Chatham. Anyone with full access?

	John K Pennington was indeed 'a parson' so I think you are mistaken that the marriage was in 1948, but occurred in 1952 to Mr Pennington: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Kenneth_Pennington

THEY LIVED A FEW HOUSES DOWN FROM MY GRANDAD AND GRANDMA. MY GRANDADS SISTER WAS SARAH KNOWN AS SALLY. THEY LIVED IN THE HOUSE BEFORE HAROLD AND FAMILY. THEN THEY MOVED AWAY, AND HAROLD AND FAMILY LIVED THERE. MY NAME IS JOHANNE.
