It was by me at the top of the find living relatives board, requesting that people read "Tip of the day...Adoption records" on the genealogy chat board. It may still be there, maybe I can't see it.

And while we are discussing Living Relatives ‘Help’ links, one of those GR posted no longer works – Post Adoption Centre

appears to have been replaced by

GR has been asked to check and correct if necessary.
