Hi Andysmum,

We don't store card details on our site but if you click to renew and choose your subscription you will be taken to the payment page where you can enter the details of the new card in the payment form.

I would like to suggest that all the details on members' accounts are visible at all times.

Last week I had the usual reminder email about renewing my subscription. As I have had a new debit card since the last renewal, I went into My Account to update the details, only to be told that I couldn't change it until two weeks before the renewal date.

Why not?? Now I have to remember to do it next week.
