	Timescale would be useful But it sounds as if you need to visit the library nearest to those addresses and look at the electoral registers Which Stratford as there are several ? London E17 ? Louise Road is E 15

	Is this by email? Check that you sent them the correct address - sometimes a full stop could automatically be add if you typed it out in Word. Check your junk mail/spam box.
