Thank you so much Dea. Its Harry Shaw born June 1921 West Derby, Liverpool so he would have been 18ish. He was in the Merchant Navy but not sure if he already was in 1939. Same siblings as Harriet and Isabella. Many thanks x

The only Harry Shaw 1921 is this one, but seems to be a different family

My mum thinks he may have been based around Manchester in 1939 possibly if that makes any difference?
