You need certificates to confirm -

Looks like Alfred Asher married Mary Sampson 1902

They were likely the parents of Frederick 1903 and Clara 1906.

Alfred and Mary have gone their separate ways and by 1911 are living at different addresses, but both say that are still married (divorce didn't really happen back then).

Mary is living with Samuel Newton and child Elsie has been given the Newton surname as a middle name, so I would guess is more than likely his. However the birth was registered with her Mother's maiden name of Sampson and married Asher name.

Mary says she has had a 4th child who has died, but I haven't found the registration.

Don't be too specific when looking for people - always use name variants and +/- 2 years at least when searching.

I don't know what you mean about Violet and her parents etc

It state next of Kin

But The copy is a job to read it
Havnt found any thing about Clara Taylor born Nottingham Joseph Harris wife

The Asher Family are very interesting it looks as though Mary Asher nee Sampson had 2 Children by Samuel Newton!!
I haven't managed to find Mary Sampson Born 1883 ? Nottingham Family up to now

But now I now some of the Ashers family Baptisems I will find the Church of St Peter Radford

they are on the 1939 Register Nottingham
Frederick Russell Asher Mother and Father were
Arthur Asher and Mary Sampson
But on the 1911 Census they are living apart
But where is Frederick Russell Asher born 1903 Nottingham living If the names stated are not true on the 1911 Census

I have found the Marriage Transcript of Alfred Asher and Mary Sampson 1902 Nottingham

Abraham Asher and Harriott Rusel 1847 Nottingham Harrietts fathers name isn't very clear though
Abraham Father is Lyon Asher on the 1841 Census it states he is born in Germany
I wonder if any members have any information on Lyon Asher born Germany
And who is Harriett Russel father is
