Good find, Catherine!

I think it says:

Married on March 27th 19(??) at St Martin's Methodist Church , by Rev F [ R ?] Bulloch [?] [something something] Charles Alfred, son of Mr and Mrs T E Carrel, Anneville Farm, St Martin, to Rose Genevieve, daughter of Mr and Mrs J L [?] Beguin, Neuchatel, Swizerland.

I think the year is 1924.

She was certainly still unmarried as at 6 Oct 1923, the date of her alien registration, as already posted.

I think it would be worth getting a copy of both documents, there may also be info on the Alien Registration Card that could be helpful.

You could try contacting the service responsible for BMD records to see if it is possible to buy a copy of Rose's birth certificate:-

Still wondering about that 1903 Methodist reference...

I don't see anything about 1903 on any of the links you provided, Chris, apart from her date of birth.

Am I missing something?

Sorry, Chris, I missed that, trying to do too many things at the same time.

Every route is worth trying especially if it's free, so I'd probably go for that first to see what info it gives.

Hopefully it will bring up Rose’s parents so that might be a possible lead to keep the trail going
