No, sorry, I don't see Hugh's birth, assuming he was born in or near Banham.

If you look back at my post of 3rd May 14.19 you will see that Frederick was not one of his birth names.

this just got confusing for me, so theodore used frederick as a fake then?

on ancestry, my nan has a dna match to people who have relatives of a a frederick h moore 1893 - 1961 parents louisa a fuce 1870 - 1909 and marmaduke moore 1860 - 1933 in Fulham

theres also another frederick moore in connection to these who have a dna match and i have messaged them but they have no knowledge of a fred moore? can anyone find if this frederick was in prison or in new maldon sureey in around 1935?

As she has links to both Phoebe and Stephen she would seem to be a descendant if that couple.
You now need to create trees for their children and grandchildren etc to try and find Frederick.

Do not assume that the dna company is right when they suggest the relationship - it is just a suggestion based on the number of cms.
