Find Ancestors

Hello Could some one find who lived at Ernest Street West Gorton Manchester 1901 and 1911 please it is some thing I've never been able to do
I have a birth certificate for Amy Connor 1905 father Charles Connor a railway carrier mother Mary Dixon living at 11 Ernest st west Gorton Manchester
I'm hoping to be able to look at the streets around to see if I can find them.

What is the child’s exact DoB? Father’s occupation?

The child’s baptism was in Longsight

I'm on Ancestry and I don't know when the parents got married this is part of my tree I've been working on for 20 yrs and just had the wall knocked down only to find it's as bad as the first part. I'm hoping to find the family so I can add it to my tree and may be it will give a bit more info although Amy is the one that married into the family

Yes it says Formerly
This is where it get a bit complicated she married Frederick Hornby 1924 then in 1929 she married Frederick Greenall but we think it is the same frederick

I've been trying to trace my gr grandfathers brothers for years my gr grandfather was Foster Hornby he had frederick as his brother but on his birth certificate no fathers name so it seems a though he took his mothers maiden name .
His family couldn't find things out about the family and wondered where the Hornby came into it so to cut things short we put 2+2 together and think we have 4

The Frederick that married Amy is the son of Frederick my gr grand fathers son he was born 1882

No Sorry I don't have anything on them Just gone through 654 pages of 1911 censuses Nothing It's looking as though they were possibly in another part of the country I'll do they 1901 tomorrow my eyes have gone

But Amy's too young to be the mother of Gilbert and Frederick, unless she started aged 9.
She could just possibly be Edith's mother.

Is she Frederick's step-daughter?
In which case is Mary Greenall Amy's mother Mary Dixon, but giving Connor as her maiden name for the younger children's births??

Or a completely different woman, and Amy's stepmother?
Mary born in Wigan, apparently.

There were seven Mary Connor births registered in Wigan 1875 +/-2

Can't see any marriage of Mary and Frederick.
