William Tyers, born c.1865 in March, Cambs. There is a William Tyers born 1861, Peterborough in the 1881, but he is a lodger. The only information I have is from their marriage certificate their marriage took place at the Catholic Church of Aughrim street north Dublin on a 15th June 1917. My grandfather's name was Eugene Lawrence Beatty it just gives his age as fall occupation soldier second lieutenant his address at the time of marriageDastmouth road his father's name was Michael Beattie is father's occupation Clarke. Hi Debra, I wonder if you would mind looking on the 1851 uk census for Jane Groves b.1826, Eling,Hants. Her children at the time where William, b. 1850 Southampton, possible that a daughter Lavinia b. 1851 Southampton and if possible the name of Jane's husband (fingers crossed if might be Harry). In the 1861 & 1871 census they were all living in Southampton. Jane was a window from the 1861 census onwards. Many, many thanks, linda
