Morning Mary, Help with a brick wall would be much appreciated, with information from 1891 and 1901 census: On 1891, from information given to me months ago: Jane and daughter Rose Ellen Becon age 5 (actually Bacon ). What was the address and are there other inhabitants? Are the ‘other inhabitants’ on 1901, it might give me another clue - after several years I still can’t find Jane and Rose under Bacon/Becon. Are they still at the same address? Thanks for any help you may be able to give. Out during day - will look in later. Elisabeth

Hi Elisabeth Sorry but I have not been able to trace either Jane or Rose Ellen Becon(Bacon) on the 1891 census. Do you have any idea of where they were living at the time, what were the birthplaces for them in the info you were given?? Mary

Mary, Sorry - told you the wrong 'mis-spelling! It was Bason! I have found the email giving me the information - Dec 03, that was long into my search for them. They were at 164 Barracks Lane, Lenton on 1891 - but have never been able to find any of them on 1901.(Just thought if there were more occupants on 1891, they may be searchable on 1901.) William Henry (Head of family) had died 1898. Maybe your address search might find them at the same address? I suspect though they may have had to move on, but certainly within Nottingham. Jane was born Balderton and Rose Ellen -Lenton. She married in 1906, in Colwick. This has been a major brickwall ever since I started - I know lots about them a couple of generations further back, but just cannot prove this little brick. Someday I will find Rose Ellen's birth - I have her marriage and death certificates! Thanks so much for your help. Elisabeth

Hi Mary. I have Elizabeth and Sarah Pullen staying in Worple Way Richmond Surrey in 1841. They were only children and I am trying to find out who they were staying with as their parents were in Holborn. Is it possible to look them up and see who else was in the household (if it shows on one page.) Many thanks Chris

Hello Mary You were kind enough to find details of the family of Edward Merrington on the 1901 census for me, can I ask for another look up for Edward on the 1871 census, at this time he would have been about six years old and he was born in County Durham Many thanks Ron
