Nice t see you back Pen, would you do an 1841 lookup for me please. Jane Lee born 1821 Salford, Manchester she could be living in Hulme in this census and be a widow. In the 1851 census she has son aged 9 but he shouldn't be listed in this one if age is correct. Many thanks Wendy

Hi I am trying to find this family below, which are in the 1881 census, in any other census's: Name Relation Marital Status Gender Age Birthplace Occupation Disability William STRANGE Head M Male 42 North Netherton, Devon, England Cooper Jane STRANGE Wife M Female 41 North Netherton, Devon, England Dressmaker Tom. STRANGE Son U Male 17 North Netherton, Devon, England David J. STRANGE Son U Male 12 Cardiff Scholar Rosina STRANGE Daur U Female 9 North Netherton Scholar Lydia J. STRANGE Daur U Female 7 Swansea Scholar Georgina STRANGE Daur U Female 5 Cardiff Charles STRANGE Son Male 1 Cardiff Dwelling 5 Nant Row Census Place Aberdare, Glamorgan, Wales Family History Library Film 1342281 Public Records Office Reference RG11 Piece / Folio 5322 / 104 Page Number 29 Can you find them in other census please? Also Jane STRANGE's (wife to William STRANGE) birthplace is given as North Netherton, Devon - but this is incorrect because there is no such name as that in Devon. The birthplace I think is North Petherton which is in Somerset. I also think this is the same birthplace for William STRANGE and their son Tom. STRANGE, which are shown above in the 1881 census. Thank you Craig UPDATE - In the 1861 census William STRANGE is living at home with his parents John STRANGE and Mary at North Petherton. Somerset. William is unmarried and a cooper the same as his father.
