Hi Susie Could you please have a look for John & Hannah Burnham of West Wycombe for me? They're not showing on Ancestry but were there in 61 & 71 and their kids were born there 1822-34. John was a labourer bc1795 Hughendon and Hannah a lacemaker bc1804 Wycombe. Thanks David

HI Jess Thanks very much for looking:) I don't think it is them as his birth place is different and they really should be in West Wycombe lol. The children were Mary b 1822, William b1823 (in Little Marlow 1851), Sarah b 1825, James b1828 and Ann b1834 all b West Wycombe. The kids should all have left home I think. Debra V had a look for me last night and couldn't find them so it might be an Ancestry thing. I don't think Susie's coming to the London meet but I'm not in any rush anyway:) David

Actually Jess - it's possible that is them. I didn't realise how close Naphill was to Hughenden. They have no right being out of West Wycombe:)) but I can't find any trace elsewhere of a John and Hannah in Bledloe Ridge. Thanks very much

Hi Susie, I wonder if you could look for a William W Remnant b. 1838, Orsett Essex please? On 1851 Census he is living with his widowed mother Mary b. 1804 Essex, they are living at 1 Mortlake Road, Richmond, Surrey. I believe they would have been in Richmond on 1841 Census. It would be great to find out his fathers name. Cheers. Gail.

Hi Susie, Thanks for that, it looks like they may have still been in Essex then. Perhaps you could look for a Sarah Mantell b. 1839 in London (Kings Cross) She married William just before 1861 Census. Many thanks. Gail.

Thanks for looking, he was in Chalfont St Peter, 61, 71, 81 & 91, died in 1895. But where was he in 41 & 51? Are you looking through an index, sometimes listed as Hibble or Tibble. Thanks Caroline
