It's worked for me for several problems. I always feel really thirsty the rest of the day after a treatment - and sometimes feel grotty the next day (that's the best way of describing it) but after that I feel better. I was sceptical at first but believe in it now.

Hiya..
yes i've had quite a lot of acupuncture..my physio does it for me... it's really good although you do need to rest for a few hours afterwards...i found that eventually it wasn't very effective and i had to move on to a tens machine.

the needles only hurt if you tense your body as they go in..
