Most of mine were presents and I used all of them at one time, but when I was down-sizing to a small home, more than half of them were given away.

Since then, I have gone onto a strict diet and out came the Foreman Grill, as I have to grill my meat. Only other electrical things I use are the can-opener (arthritic wrist) and the toaster and jug - and most of my cooking is done in the microwave. All others still in the cupboard where I put them when I moved - three years ago!

Haven't used a frying pan since starting the diet and rarely use the baking dish, saucepans or casserole dishes, but when I do, I make enough for a few times and freeze them. Oh yes! the freezer is always full! Both freezers! I waste nothing now. Not like when the kids were small.

Harpstrings....that's what you get for marrying a chef!!! I can't remember the last time he used any of those things, but they're all very important must-haves - - apparently.
Oh how I wish we had a big kitchen.

P.S. Are you the Tina who lives in/near Bristol??

Only thing l don't use is my egg timer.......... only brought it because l liked it, lol. One thing l did use a lot in the colder months were the toastie bags, better than cleaning a sandwich toaster.

I forgot the electric cheese-grater........charged it up, grated a bit of cheese, and run out of battery........same as the re-chargable hand held little vacuum for the stairs....
