You don't click, you hover with the curser over a persons name. For example, you number is you number is 4688561. Well, that was how it was explained to me, and it works every time

i remember ages and ages ago that i could just hover over someones name and up would come their number .. but havent done that for ages now and when i tried this afternoon there was nothing there ..lol

when you say you run your CC is that the CCleaner ...
as i havent used that as someone said that it takes all of your web addies off your comp .for instance ...( http//www.genesreunited .co.nz)

Have a look at the bottom of your screen, you should have a grey bar across the page, this, at the left side is where a members number will appear when you hover over their name........

just a thought is your lower task bar on AUTO HIDE? if not, it may be covering up the grey bar at the bottom of the page.....
