	£1 is brilliant for a cod fillet......I , put it in the microwave with a glass dish on top for 1 - 2 minutes and its done, then black pepper and some aunt bessies mash on top.....some peas a few carrotts......lovely..... Just thinking about new potatoes, sounds good with the salmon fillet and a bit of green salad.......busy thinking up 101 ways with salmon.....
