	Please could you all send positive thoughts to Dutch, who is in a lot of pain. She is finding it difficult to lie and sit down, because of the pain. Hope you'll get some relief for the pain very soon, Joyce! Sunding you lots of positive thoughts and hugs, my friend. Love, Sallie.xxx

	I think Joyce tried to ring me last evening but I was out till past 8 and it was caller withheld, and when I got shopping unpacked I had to eat and make some other calls so couldn't text her to get her to call (again). There was a mutter and a cough and then nothing on the ansaphone lol Hope if you are able to get on here and read the thread, it will cheer you to know people are thinking about you Joyce. Take care and we will chat soon, hope the pain will ease soon, stop trying to do so much, as you often push yourself too hard and then feel bad afterwards. 	Sorry to hear that you are so poorly, Joyce. May you find some relief soon. Are you on Diamorphine yet? It is a bit drastic but the best for pain. Jean

	Heard from Joyce this evening, she's still in a lot of pain, and have been given some different tablets by her doctor, but they don't seem to be helping. Still thinking about you Joyce, and hope that the doctors can find out what the problem is, that's causing you so much pain. Take care of yourself! Love, Sallie and Alun. xxx
