I am the Teletubies Guardian & all this talk about Tinky- Winky is going to his head, he is claiming to be a celebrity & demanding a new designer shoulder bag to replace the little red clutch bag he is currently using.

Dipsy has thrown a big wobbly because he has not been mentioned, shredded pancakes all over the house & kicked poor over worked NooNoo when she tried to clean up

Lala is sure that her idol Hayley is going to visit & wants me to paint her nails.

Po is in hiding, because she thinks that white Teletubby called Errol, is a bit scary in his new black & white coat.

This thread has really changed direction - nice to see it all cheerful and chatty for a change - much appreciated.

Bit shattered from yesterday - turned out better than expected.
Won't know how much we raised until tomorrow but people came from all over London.
Learned something new - there are actually professional jumblers who travel miles - a wonderful 'posh' couple in a fancy car arrived to pick through everything.

Really touching moments of the day- 4 very young boys spent some of their money on their mums - cakes and flowers. As we were packing up we gave them picking of any clothes for themselves and plates/mugs for their mums. Had to hold back the tears as they staggered out with bulging bags. Another 'poor' family asked if we would take a photo of them all with the Mayor - promised we would send it to the local papers with the story.

Pleased all well for your fund raising day. Sending the photo to the paper is a nice idea too

Why did someone RR Carol's duplicate post.?

The person who rrd could have told Carol.. she would have removed the second one... and besides it wasn't causing any harm.
