Puzzled by the reaction of the Team. I told them over a week ago that I was getting virus warnings while using this site.

But now they are looking into this problem. Strange how one minute GR have not altered anything on the site to get my problems but they are looking into this one.

Surely too much of a coincidence too have problems two weeks running while using this site.

Just sent another print screen - this time of a Trojan Horse message that popped up.

Hi everyone,

Thank you for your patience, it is being looked in to by the Genes team. Many thanks for those who have sent screen shots, they are very useful.

All of the screens we have seen are using Internet Explorer (we do ask about browsers, but trust us, it is important).

Is anyone getting the same pop-ups using Firefox, Chrome or Safari?

If your site does not like Internet explorer then that is another good reason not to renew next month.....I will not be using Chrome or firefox if that's the case

I am not messing with my laptop...I am not that computer literate so will stick with IE11 and every other site that I use everyday is ok including FMP

I am sick of the excuses GR give as to why things are not working properly.....it is not our fault it is theirs

Hi Alan,

We're trying to pinpoint the advert which is causing the pop ups which members are seeing. If you receive a warning/alert again would you be able to send a screen grab (via PM) where the ad is visible, this way we can isolate the cause and remove it.

Still think the adverts are causing problems.

Last night they would go missing and just have black across the screen. Then the white box where the adverts usually run with just the blue triangle at top right of box.. Adverts are not lining up properly as they run too low.

Hi Lilybirds,

If you get another pop up, would you be able to take a screen shot of the page (using the print screen button and saving) so that the ad is visible, then email me the attachment. If we can isolate the ads which are causing the problem we can remove them.
