Joy, I had to google Catio :-)
What a splendid idea! too many pusskins coming to grief these days :-(

Too hot to trot here.

When absolutely necessary :-D

I had to Google Catio too :-)

Despite the temperatures outside, by keeping my windows closed and blinds closed if the sun's coming in 'that' way, I've kept the house at a constant, very comfortable 25 degrees centigrade :-D

As for my cats - there's a catflap and loads of shrubs.
George is either on my bed, or under the shrubs in the back garden.
Betty sleeps by the side of the house on the bark, under a rosemary bush, though she did come in this afternoon and spread herself over the kitchen floor :-0

I remember the last move we made overseas was in 41 deg temperature and OH said 'Never again.'

True to his word, he has been away from home when the kids and I moved twice again.

Now I can't get him to shift from our current house which is really too big for two of us.

I do like a man of his word ..... Sometimes. :-D

Here in Ontario the temperature will be in the mid 30's today with the humidex making it feel like mid 40's. There's a lot of concern about the Canada Day celebrations on Parliament Hill where thousands are expected to attend.
