My favourites were Rose, Tilly, AJ and dare I say it, Dan :-0 :-D. The others I felt looked as if they were trying too hard :-0

I would like to see Rose win she is little Miss Consistency although from a choreography point of view I thought some of her previous dances were better :-D, Each week, I can't wait to see Rose & Giovanni's dance with the others there very much as a supporting cast :-D

The others are going up or down like a yo-yo each week :-0

I think it will be Tom and Rhys in the dance off, with Tom to go. Tom's dance just didn't flow for me and it was almost as if you could see him thinking about what comes next. Rhys' Jive was full of energy but, I don't know, there was something about his feet that just didn't look right :-(

I thought Motsi's hair was a bit of a distraction :-0

One thing I do like about the staging is the way they project images on to the floor and give it a 3D effect :-D

Lol Belle, I love your write ups as much as the dancing each week. You should be writing a newspaper critique of the show you are always so accurate, thank you.

It was a good show last night but as the numbers get lower it seems so short now (I know we complained when it was so long). first, to back up what Belle said. Motsis hair!!! Is she trying to be the centre of the show. I really don't like all that hair it makes me itch. I thought Cynthia (who i didn't know at all) managed a first time very well but not sure if she didn't vote too high a couple of times, maybe not, she seemed very knowledgeable and very non aggressive. Missed Craig though.

I, again, loved rose's dance and really liked Tilly, thought it was clever and funny. Tom's I wanted to like because i liked the back story and love the song but it was OK, nothing special, Rys did well at his jive, again nothing special. AJ was good, liked her, John, not sure, technically good but still find it hard to watch same sex doing ballroom. And, yes, Dan was so much better this week.

I think tom could be in the dance off, maybe with John.

Oh and I did like the professionals' dance this week too.

I liked AJ's waltz, and I quite liked Rhys' jive, but he was going it at it like a bull at a gate, he was exhausting himself.

Sadly I was not keen on Rose's dance, and I do love to see her dance. I did not realise how much stage experience Tom had. His sister is also in musical theatre. I did not quite know what to make of his dance. I realise Tilly was dancing Matilda but I thought it was all too stompy.

Like Halloween, I am not keen on Musical week, I find it too distracting.

Dan was still doing his shouting from the balcony, what is that about?

Yes, Motsi had BIG hair last night. I thought Cynthia did very well for her first time, she was very calm and even. Wishing Craig well to be back next week.

No idea who will be in the dance off this week.

I love watching Rose and Giovanni dance. I actually voted on line this week for them and also for John . AJ was good as was Tilly but I wasn't keen on Tom's dance and Rhys was good but too energetic for me, it seemed almost frantic . Dan better than previous weeks I thought, he does seem to be enjoying himself but I still haven't taken to him.

Disappointing when that happens mtg. Pity Tom has gone but they were both better in the dance off.

I would have agreed with Shirley this time and kept Tom. The first thing we saw Rhys's partner stress with the jive was to point his toes and he still wasn't doing it. His arms were flailing about as if to keep his balance instead of controlled. Tom was still a bit 'placed' at times but I thought his dance was very expressive and tender. Surely it's Dan's turn next.

I enjoy watching John and Johannes dance. It's the same as how girls would jive together when I was a teenager. I think Rose and Giovanni are a delight to listen to as well as watch!

I think it's always sad to see any of them go when you get to this stage of the competition because you know them all so well :-(

I think Amy knew that she and Tom would be in the dance off as she had her head buried in his chest while the names were called out, it was almost as like if she didn't look at Tess their names wouldn't be called out :-(

I've watched Rose and Giovanni's dance this week again a few times and it has really grown on me. I would have loved to have seen them dance a Fred & Ginger number. I suppose after last week's Couples Choice it was just such a hard act to follow :-D

Motsie will not be appearing this week. She is isolating. I believe she is in Germany and cannot travel. Cynthia will deputise for her this week.

Some odd scores as well I thought, Craig was back to normal scoring and comments but I thought the judges over marked some of them.

I didn't like Dan's dance at all .

Maybe Dan ,Tilly or Rhys in the dance off but who will go?.

My favourites this week, in no particular order ;-), were AJ, Rose & John :-D

I thought AJ"s Couple's Choice was very well choreographed and the music was just right. :-D

John's Argentine Tango was very expressive but like with most of their dances it didn't look natural to me but nevertheless John is very strong to lift Johannes In the way he did. :-D

Now Rose's Paso, I have to say I was a bit disappointed :-(. Through no fault of hers, I just thought the music was totally wrong :-0 Rose put the same enthusiasm into the dance and there were long periods were she was dancing alone but I think Shirley gave the secret away with how she did that as I think,off camera, Giovanni was helping her to keep in time to the music :-)

So that leaves Dan, Rhys and Tilly :-0

Dan has got a lot better and it looked good but I think Craig was right, technically it was lacking :-(. Interestingly, whenever a Celeb says they really enjoyed learning a dance that is the week they end up in the dance off, could this be Dan's week :-0. As an aside, I do like the way Nadiya calls him Daniel never Dan :-D

Rhys' Waltz should be about posture but I felt he was far too static, it was as if he had a stiff neck :-0. He does get rather emotional :-)

Tilly's Samba was ok, as long as you didn't look at her legs :-0

So I agree with JustGinnie..... Dan, Rhys or Tilly in the dance off. Craig certainly doesn't take any prisoners and although some of his comments seem rather harsh but they are often fair :-0. So I think it should be Dan and Rhys in the dance off....with Dan to go :-(. It was good to have Craig back :-D

I don't ever enjoy the dance she had to do the paso is too aggressive for my taste but I think rose did well, I didn't like the music either, I also like AJ's couples dance, yes John was good but. until Craig explained about the dance originating as a 'fighting' dance between men in the nineteenth century, I felt it was over the top aggressive male so was not keen. I thing the replacement judge is good but she overmarks. I agree with both Belle and Ginny re the dance off. Possibly rys to go.

I did like the dance with AJ and Kai. I thought it was very Bob Fosse/Chicago. The leap from the table was heart-stopping, but she launched herself, and he caught her!

Rose's paso was good, but not one of her better dances.

Rhys seemed to be trying too hard again, and he crumbled when his mistakes were pointed out, such a shame.

Tilly's dance I was not too keen on. She is putting all her energy into it, but it was too messy for me.

John and Johannes was very fierce, but as Craig pointed out (and Ann said earlier) it was originally a fighting dance. Quite a lot of lifts in it too.

Then Dan again. Apparently in one of the papers it mentioned he has been doing a bit of self promotion on Breakfast. I dont watch it, I dont know. But his shouting from the balcony is something else. No-one else does it.

Nice to see Craig back, true to form. I think some of the judges are over marking with some of the competitors.

I just hope that two of the better dancers don't find themselves in the dance off, at this stage of the competition that would be a great shame :-(

Thinking about it they never did anything about Robert unexpectedly leaving the competition, perhaps they are keeping that up their sleeve in case there is such a scenario as that above which would enable them to save both dancers :-0

Yes it is farcical that Dan is through, although Tilly was probably the right one to go last night I suppose each time somebody goes out their voters are scattered among the remainder. At least the three main contenders are through to the quarter finals.
