I don't see a birth of an Elizabeth Olley in 1904, if that's what you mean.

One the Vance family tree Elizabeth Ann Olley born 1904 but I think could be 1903

If you get the birth cert for Elizabeth Olley it should confirm dob.

Perhaps the person compiling the Vance family tree has been confused by this birth, which is obviously for a different person:

There's another Elizabeth Olley born 1903, but in Sunderland.

But if the one in the 1911 census was indeed born Liverpool area as stated, then I think she must be Elizabeth Eleanor.

Take a look at Elizabeth Ann Olley living at Reynolds Place at the time age 24. Reynolds Place is next to Kilshaw Street in Everton Liverpool.

I've already posted the 1891 census showing her with her father Richard in Kilshaw Street (Aug 24 @ 18.47)

What else do you want to know about her?
She is the mother of Elizabeth Eleanor (who was 7 in the 1911 census), and who married Charles Blenkinsop.

Bur we can't say if she's Hazel's mother or not, although there's some circumstantial evidence - Kilshaw Street, for instance.

As has already been mentioned if the Elizabeth who married Blenkinsop is the right one, ie Hazel's mother, there was one birth to that marriage Joyce Blenkinsop 1927....possible marriage 1951 Liverpool ( see freebmd).
