Hopefully, just a bit of ironing and lunch out......oh....and some shopping for my daughter.


I bought a couple of new filing boxes for my collection of photos yesterday....hope to get those sorted today. That isn't what I consider work as I enjoy doing that sort of thing... :-D

............I went to the cardboard recycle bin at the co op earlier

...went flat on my bum, it was just ice, both feet went at the same time, it was like a comedy fall!

Several broken bones for me Ginns !! :-(

I am supposed to be looking after my lovely neighbour's house while she is away in India but I haven't dared cross the road for the past few days for fear of falling over !

I have managed it today and all is fine !

I have had my punishment already - I was just having a little gloat about how 'brave' I have been in the last few weeks so I treated myself to one of my Christmas chocolates !!! - SSSSooooo sweet !! - I feel a bit 'icky' now - not 'brave' at all !!! ;-)

Well, I'll say this for you Gins.....you know how to live! veggi burgers and Aunt Bessie's croquettes! Now why didn't I think of that??? ;-)



You're very sensible not going out at the moment Dea. The snow is coming down quite heavily now and, already, there have been two 'bumps' outside our house :-(

No one hurt thank goodness but it's a bit like the dodgems ! I can hear cars struggling to get a grip on the road. No point me going out cos I sure can't push any cars these days...... :-(

Why do people go out in this weather when they don't have to??

I went out to get 'provisions' earlier Cynths - I can stay in for the next week or so (apart from hospital on Monday and Friday - hubby will take me then !!)

Gins you need to buy the grips that you put on your shoes cost about a tenner get them at Asda, Debenhams or online.

They are brill except that you walk like a pregnant penguin till you convince yourself that they do work ;-)
