LK - Sounds like a recipe for D + V to me.??

In which case - boil 1 litre of water - add 8 level teaspoons of sugar and 1/2 a level teaspoon of salt. - cool it and sip throughout the day - also useful is to sip 'flat' coca cola !!

Been busy today - hithering and thithering.

I think the bidet is really a 'continental thing' - we have never really accepted it in this country, except for the 'posh lot' in the 'posh' houses who have it just for show !!

It IS useful though to 'get your head over' if you are feeling unwell !!

I must sat that a bidet was very comforting after the births of my children.
