I have everything after his marriage and everything on his wife Isabella before and after marriage.

I can not find him anywhere for sure prior to 1891.

If Buckley was his birthplace, then it's near to Mold

Of course Flint and Cheshire are often mixed on census as they are borderline.
They just gave him and other children Buckley Flint to make it easier for census I think and they consider themselves in Flint no matter what the borders are said to be by govenment.
