Can anyone help with a link between 2 families one of which I know is a link in my family tree and I'm sure the orther is as well but I cna't find the common ground. I have a George Hastings (1787) who married a Charlotte ??? (1789) who had a son James (1821) who is my Great Great Great Grandfather and they lived in Thorpe in Surrey. George and Charlotte had 5 Children. Know comes the unknown I have also found a Charles Hastings born (C1787) who married a Mary ?? (1797) who also live in Thorpe in Surrey. Charles and Mary had 11 children. Now my 1st thought was that they were brothers but I can't find anything about their parents and therefore the link of the 2 familes. Anybody got any ideas? Have got to go out for the rest of the day but will be back about 5.00 tonight. Any help to link these 2 families (if they are linked) who be a great help. Thanks Dave.
