I am new too this but have started my tree, I have basically come to a dead end as I cant get the names of my grandfathers brothers or some of their children, His name is James frederick speller from Kensignton, he had my dad (john speller) and colin speller, he also a had brother who had boys called colin and john but dont know his name either. Not sure how many brothers there were but they would have been speller, not sure if there were sisters either...if anyone can make a link please contact me.

YOU still need to get a copy of your gr father's birthcert -- James F Speller 1913 to confirm that the family people have found for you is the right family of Spellers.
you need to prove they are the right family.

Otherwise you may well be barking up the wrong tree !!!!

I will do mavis but I am sure this is my family as I have also found another member of the family searching the same tree. She is married to one of the sons of my grandfathers brothers, the brothers name is charles steven. Most of the names I put in matched hers, she confirmed its the correct family, and told me a little of what she knows. I have seen her tree so got more info from that, I just havent had time to put it onto mine yet..
I have found a short birth certificate for my grandfather on genes reunited and attached it to my grandfathers name. Im sure its correct. Thank you mavis.
