I'm searching for any details of a Marianne (Liddiard) that being her married name. Also, husband who I believe was Edward. Would be gratefull for any information. Colin :-0

There are several marriages in Hungerford listed on freebmd for an Edward Liddiard - in the June qtr of 1876 there is a marriage to Mary Ann Ruddle.

Do you have any idea of when she was born?

There is not one instance of the name Marianne Liddiard in Berkshire on Ancestry

Not sure if this is related or not but it falls in the Hungerford Reg. District which is in West Berkshire

Very possible that Hungerford could have been wiltshire ...they do touch!!! and some of Hungerford could be mistaken for wiltshire

If she did marry Edward Liddiard there doesn't appear to be a record of it.

Answers to some of your questions:- Marianne born 1801/5 Hungerford (from Family Search.org). I have no details of her marriage to Edward other than they had a (first) son Henry Edward in 1823. Who married a Phillis (nee Ashby) at St. Andrew's by the Wardrobe, London, on 12th June 1854 (Info Guildhall Man's). Henry Edward was my G G G Grandfather. I still a long way to go! I visited and it is a fascinating Village.
