Oh this is tantilising !! I had hoped that Mary Georgina was going to help me find Frank (or whatever name he had) but that is obviously not so. Perhaps it is Albert Ernest Ross he was related to.

There's a family tree on Ancestry for Albert with a lot of (unverified) info about his family.
It says his father was George Ross from Cork, Ireland.
Only one sibling listed. No mention of Frank.

Doesn't mean there isn't a link somewhere!

Well at least it seems Frank was truthful when he said he came from London but I am not so sure that was actually called Frank.

Thank you for your help everybody. I guess Frank Ross will have to remain a complete mystery. I would guess he was already married and Frank was not his correct name.
