Susan Nothing of your two love birds in any of the Dawleys. I did find a number of other Yates (families and individuals) amongst whom there were 2 young Bejamins (11 and 15). The 15 year old was a collier!!....... Of course, any of this lot may be related to your pair. I will look at Madeley when i get the chance. Let me know if you want copies of the pages with other lot in the meantime. Lemon, Teri and Lindy........... I will get to you asap! :-))

Gerry Report 6 Feb 2006 16:45

Lindy Found them living at 'Hazler', Church Stretton. John (60) Weaver Elizabeth (59) Mary (12) They didn't give relationships in 1841Census so I assume Mary was grandaughter as I think Elizabeth may have been a wee bit old at 47 to give birth, but who knows!! I would be interested to know what relationship Mary is. Gerry PS Let me have addy if you want copy

Gerry now I am going to be really cheeky. Is there any possibility of you having a peek for Mary Simpson circa 1762 she was born Lapley Shropshire. She was living with the Evans (MIL) as a pauper in 1851, but not 1841.....if I knew where and who with it would carry me a whole generation back. Thanks and sorry for being cheeky
