Hello Debra - you have helped me before can I ask you to look for these chaps please in 1891 - they are all CARTER born Lewes Sussex and brothers.. DAVID CARTER age 38 - can't be found in 1881, have searched for a death or burial and can't find him, he could be anywhere. JOHN CARTER- he is my 'William who was'nt' age 26 should still be in Sussex and was very much alive right up to 1952. WILLIAM CARTER age 32 - got him in 1881 in Lewes, again can't find his death or burial. John is the most important as he is my Grandpa - this is the family where something very odd was going on.
