Hi Jane

i have searched the marriages from Jan 1914 - Dec 1917, and there is no record for an Alfred Davies to either a Hart or De Capon,

so

1. they didn't marry
2. they married much later than expected

let me know if the 1st marriage gives any clues won't you, i have had a look at census records for her too, but nothing coming up.....

I am looking for a Thomas Cooper B 1837 living with sons Richard B. 1874, William B 1876, Samuel 1879 and any other offspring you may find Probably in Dartford Kent. They were all born in Kent and should have Mary Ann cooper, thomas's wife living with them. I cant seem to find them at all . Would be pleased for your help . Thank you

Hi Jane thank you for your help re Beatrice woodhead could i ask for your help again my g grandfather was Albert kaye b1857 in the 1881 census he is living in Hope st Lockwood Huddersfield with his wife Elizabeth b1857 and my Grandma Annie Kaye b29/12/1880 but i dont know were to start to find who Annie,s grandparents were be them on the Kaye side or on her mothers side any help to give me a start will be much appreciated regads Doreen

sorry can't help that far back, only have census 1841 - 1901.....

may i suggest you contact local groups / sites who will be able to look up this info for you either on disc or at local records offices

Looking for Hugh Poland abd his wife Mary in Lanarkshire Scotland

Mary died in Hamilton 1893 and Hugh died in Wishaw 1899.

Can you find them on any census.

I have been unable to trace births or marriage certificates for them

think the best option for you is to search for a marriage on FreeBMD for Albert & Elizabeth, then buy the certificate, as that would give them both fathers names, so would be able to search for fathers on census too....

i got a thomas pearson married to a christina mckenzie in houghton le spring. she lived in old penshaw at the time.

thomas was born 1892 and had a father also called thomas.

any help would be great. would to find the pearson side more. im sure theres charltons as maiden names somewhere too but cant find em??

Could you tell me how I would find Frederick eg. where I would need to look to see if he is part of this family.

I have been asked for a connection as somebody else as these names in there hot matches. But I cant find Frederick.
