Leigh, You still have not answered all the questions asked yesterday,

you need to find them together on the census
try using name variants like Malbourne, Malburn, Malabon and any others that you can think of,

also try searching census with less rather the more info such as

the forename of a child and no surname with birth +/- 5 years just with the name Thomas as father

also consider using less common names such as your Reuben

According to a tree on Ancestry, Sarah Jane had a daughter in 1903 called Susannah Todd. I see her in 1911 but don't have access. Would someone look her up?

I have both Todd Dauhters in my tree Rhoda and Susanna ,Sarah was no longer living with her husband and family on 1901 census but lodging with Fewster's in co Durham, after this date I can find no trace of Sarah jane on any census I have not been able trace Thomas on any census i have used all variants and searched other sites using first names for thomas and other family found nothing

1901 census Thomas Mallaburn 28 b.Elswick Northumberland. Head. Hannah (Brown) married wife 31 b.Barlow Durham. Jenney Mallaburn 3 b.Barlow Durham.
Thomas Mallaburn 10 months b.Blaydon Durham.
Address 9 St. Margarets Road Benwell Northumberland.
Hannah died 1905 after childbirth child also died.
Thomas and Sarah first child Rueben born 1907. No further info on Thomas the father known prior to marriage to Hannah 1893 in Winlaton

Would be very interested to hear from you regarding Mallaburn info.

My wife (Joanna Short) is a relative of Reuben and I have been looking for any info on her behalf.
