	can't find where I do that.....I am on medication that makes me forget ..sorry, where do I set that point

Member Since: April 2005 Posts: 7,345 Send Message	Go to: Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore. Click on "Create a restore point". Click Next. Type a name in the box for this restore point (perhaps as suggested above). Click Create.

Member Since: April 2005 Posts: 7,345 Send Message	You now need to open up Device Manager: Go to Start > Control Panel Make sure you are in Classic View (it will tell you in the top left corner and you can click there to toggle between the modes). Once in Control Panel, double click on the System icon. Click on the Hardware tab. Click on the Device Manager button. Tell me when you have got to this part.

	it says This device is working properly. If you are having problems with this device, click Troubleshoot to start the troubleshooter.

	ok there are 6 entries: C:\WINDOWS\system32\DRIVERS\cdrom.sys C:\WINDOWS\system32\DRIVERS\imapi.sys C:\WINDOWS\system32C:\WINDOWS\system32NTIDrvr.sys C:\WINDOWS\system32\DRIVERS\redbook.sys C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\UBHelper.sys C:\WINDOWS\system32\storprop.dll nrs 1,2,4,6, have a tick by them
