I go through phases. When there's a lot of changes going on and my brain is more active, like now, I tend to dream more. Sometimes my dreams are very weird, lol, sometimes a bit scary. |

So maybe we remember our dreams when we wake immediately after or during the dream......................and forget them if we sleep on past the REM state. |

Think I dream every night - sometimes I can remember them, sometimes I can't. Those I do remember are ususally jumbled up things but in most cases contain some twisted form of what happened during the previous day- rarely are they bad dreams, and the best ones are when I dream about my lovely OH who is no longer here - just want those dreams to go on and on even if they are daft. I know they probably only last a second or two but they seem ages long |
