Oooo.....Outside loos. Useing the torch to go down the yard and looking for the bogey man. 15 wat bulb in the closet and you couldn't see the spiders but you knew they were there somewhere. lol.

Wouldn't mind but my Nan had this enormous bathroom with a bath and sink but no blummin loo. Would love that bath now, huge and really deep with claw feet. Trouble was you had to have the fire lit all day to have enough hot water to fill it, had to wait until you could hear the water bubbling in the pipes though.

We had a bucket lavvy and then moved upmarket to a council house with a cesspit that was little and needed emptying every week.

I was trained from a very early age to use a loo anywhere I could as long as it was not at home.That was a special treat.
