In 20 minutes your blood pressure will drop back down to normal.

Is it OK if I send $11 = Just over Five Pounds (exchange Rate)
to the Cancer Research here in Perth.
They have a wonderful Research Team at our Hospital and have found quite a few Cures for different things. I know it's not much but may help you all along the way with your Stop Smoking Campain. Being a Smoker I know how difficult it is to stop. Thank god I saw the light after 45 years of being a smoker.
I want to wish all those with their names on the list the very best. Just take it one day at a time and every day you don't smoke is a day longer that you live. You all need encouragment and not Nagging lol
