	Thanks for coming so quickly occifer, the perp came into our Caff this morning and had a cup of tea and a bit of crumpet, he then made disparaging remarks about the premises and was posing in a strange kilt, pretending to be an enviromental officer, he made his getaway when I told him I was gonna call you in...he also talks in a strange lilting accent.
