Wend Report 31 Dec 2011 20:01

I'm sending off e-mails to Jill and Mo - it's about time they showed up!

Wend Report 31 Dec 2011 20:19

All done, except Mo's has been returned undelivered. Foggy, do you know Mo's e-mail address? Foggy, Foggy, er Foggy, are you there?

No, he must be out boogieing the night away, bless 'im!

Foggy Report 31 Dec 2011 20:32

Hi Wend,

Sorry I don't have an email addy for MO, in fact don't have anybody's email addresses from here.
I think she is on face book, but not too sure.

Carol 430181 Report 31 Dec 2011 21:50

Have wanted to come for last 5 or 6 years but have not travelled to London for 20 yrs. Used to travel back in the 60's daily to Oxford Street. If I can get confidence to travel would love to meet you all.

Carol :-)

Wend Report 31 Dec 2011 22:03

Ooh, Carol, that sounds very promising. Where would you be travelling from - I'm hopeful that someone on here could accompany you?

As long as you're willing to help me onto the right train home, that is :-D

Carol 430181 Report 31 Dec 2011 22:20

Hi Wend, I live in North London not that far I know, but suffer panic attacks. No trouble getting there but cannot face crowds getting home. Thanks for your support will work on it. I can push anyone on to a train lol

Carol <3 <3

Wend Report 31 Dec 2011 22:29

Carol, I so sympathise with you. My daughter is just the same with panic attacks on trains. Maybe I should get her to come along later, and we'll see you home on the train and then she can take me home with her (she lives in London, and we can all support eachother!) Does that sound like a plan :-S

Morning All.

Carole I will pm you, I live in North London.

Jane Report 1 Jan 2012 13:50

Did you all party last night or have a quiet one like us?The one with a hangover here is my son lol

MotownGal Report 1 Jan 2012 18:22

Hello Jane,

How are you? I behaved sedately as is becoming to a 93 year old biddy.

I had my horlicks and donned my nightie, bedjacket, socks and bonnet and was in bed early.

I watched the Thames fireworks out of my top bedroom window. Very pretty. So noisy though I had to to take a powder as I had a touch of the vapours.

;-) ;-)

****MO***Rocking***Granny**** Report 1 Jan 2012 22:24

Huia Report 1 Jan 2012 23:46

IF I win the big one in Lotto, I would love to come from NZ, as Willow Walk appears on one of the certs I have for an ancestor. I think it was Willow Walk Milk Walk on a b cert. Not sure which part of London though.

Any pink things flying outside going oink oink?

Doesnt look as if I can come :-( but then I am not a boozy floozy.

Wend Report 1 Jan 2012 23:57

I think I can safely say that all those attending so far are completely teetotal, Huia (did you say pink things flying outside going oink oink - nah, that's probably Island and Rach getting a breath of fresh hair :-S )
