	Ha Ha Annina, The sun is emerging again and those horrid slugs and snails that came out are getting all dried up!

	Has thunder/lightening around 6-30am lasted roughly 30 minutes and that was it. Must admit the rain lashed down but is no cooler than last night.. Please can Yorkshire have some more thunder storms. Not bothered about slugs/snails as the birds swoop straight down for them...

	Another thunderstorm late this afternoon very heavy rain but not much cooler :-( :-(

	Last night was really wild for us. Torrential rain was followed by sheet lighting and forked lightning resulting in a power failure for about 2 hours 2 a.m until 4 a.m. A house up the hill was struck and in the other direction firefighters had to pump out a flooded house. A hot, humid day followed, but no more rain.....yet. Gwyn

	We had a corker of a storm last night too Gwyn, we were up having a cup of tea at 4.30, as it was so loud, made it a little cooler, but it's still been humid today, had a spit of rain earlier, now it's just muggy again.
