Right, It's a vibrating plate that you stand on, and it sort of wobbles you - it's meant to tone you up, and may even help you lose weight (very sceptical about that!).
In other words, it's exercise for lazy slobs like me! I've been trying one out for a couple of weeks and now have the body of an athletic supermodel! ;-) ;-) ;-)
